What did the client ask for?
The company wanted to increase the filtration capacity on the main kiln filter of a circular cement kiln.
How did we proceed?
By actively communicating with the client and inspecting the equipment, we evaluated the current condition of the filter elements. Based on the analysis, we recommended their replacement. For the kiln filter to increase its performance, the optimum length of the filter bag and supporting cage had to be manufactured..
In total, we delivered:
- 1 200 glass fibre filter bags with PTFE membrane
- 1 200 stainless steel cages
We also professionally installed the filtration elements supplied.
