Filter elements
We manufacture and distribute filter bags and filter pockets for all types of dedusting equipment in industrial air conditioning. We manufacture filter elements in the Czech Republic using materials from Europe and the USA, so we can guarantee maximum quality.

Filter bags
We offer two types of filter bags: bags for the "pulse-jet" regeneration system and bags with expansion rings for the "reverse bag" or mechanical flush regeneration system.

- the functional side is mainly on the inner surface
Filter pockets
We offer filter pockets of these designs:
- single cap inserts (flat tubing)
- multi-cap inserts (six to twelve caps)
- special filter elements according to customer documentation
Filter media
We equip the filter elements with filter media according to the application or your requirements. There are five proven ranges of woven and non-woven fabrics of the highest quality to choose from.
The filter media must be selected with regard to the operating conditions. The Fibretex range is suitable for the essential filtration of gases and air in industrial sectors. The Microtex range is used to filtrate fine, poorly agglomerating dust. The Multitex series is designed for processes with high filter area loads. The Tribotex range is intended to be as durable as possible in high temperatures, and the Membrantex range uses a special ePTFE membrane.

Fibretex filter medium
Fibretex® is a filtration medium used for the filtration of gases in industrial sectors. It can be equipped with any type of mechanical-physical and chemical treatment according to the specific operation's needs.

Microtex filter medium
The Microtex®range is a specialised filter media designed to filter very fine, poorly agglomerated dust. The orientation of the microfibres and pores reduces the risk of dust penetration into the structure of the filter media and positively influences the pressure drop limit of the filtration device (Δp). This results in demonstrably lower emissions of particulate pollutants, so-called particulate matter or PM.

Multitex filter medium
The Multitex® range filtrates fine dust and processes with high filter area loads. The material combines fibres with multilobal and trilobal surfaces, reducing the filtration equipment's risk of dust penetration, particulate emissions, and pressure loss.

Tribotex filter medium
Tribotex® is a unique filter media used to filtrate fine dust at high temperatures. Combining multilobal and mineral fibres gives this medium triboelectric property and excellent mechanical and chemical resistance. Operational results show a significant reduction in particulate emissions and low-pressure drop.

Membrantex filter medium
The Membrantex® range uses a special ePTFE membrane. This promotes regeneration and surface filtration and increases filtration performance. Operational results demonstrate lower particulate emissions.

We replaced the filter bags and supporting cages in the air handling system of the Radotín cement plant, thanks to which the cement plant met the legislative requirements.
In Třinec Ironworks, we have modified the attachment of the filter bags, thus eliminating the possibility of the bags falling out of the hanger.
